Shipping Locations
We currently ship products within Côte d'Ivoire.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over XOF 50,000.
Orders below XOF 50,000 are subject to a shipping fee based on the delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be confirmed with the customer before the order is dispatched.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Abidjan: 1–2 business days
- Other cities in Côte d'Ivoire: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas: up to 7 business days
The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is approximately 2–10 business days.

- Orders over XOF 50,000: Free Shipping
- Orders under XOF 50,000: Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery destination.
Our customer service team will confirm the delivery details and applicable shipping fee with you before dispatching your order.
